10 minutes to Port-Bail, the nearest coastal resort with beautiful, safe beaches. 5 minutes to more secluded beaches. 20 Minutes to Carteret for beaches and day visits to Jersey.  There are many excellent restaurants in the area of various levels, for family meals or something special. St Sauveur le Vicomte with its ancient castle is a short drive away and the local forest has walks and cycle paths.

Less than an hour to the landing beaches and museums. Only about an hour from Bayeux and the amazing tapestry

Activities from windsurfing to horse-riding are available. Several Golf courses are within easy reach. A popular area for artists with varying kinds of coastline to be seen.
